B. Reeves, an Ashe County, North Carolina native long recognized for
her creative energies and strong work ethic, entered the real estate
profession in 1999 looking for a new challenge and a new opportunity to
become even more involved in her community. In March 2001, while seeing
the ongoing growth potential for the area, and realizing a dream come
true, she and a business partner opened Regency Properties Real Estate
in West Jefferson, NC. $8 (eight) million in real estate sales in their
first year was quite an accomplishment in her eyes, but realizing sales
in excess of $30 (thirty) million in 2005 was to her “simply awesome”.
Potential for 2006 is even more exciting and she remains very thankful
for the success her real estate company is enjoying. Even though real
estate is a demanding job, you can bet Andrea loves it! Be it land,
residential or commercial real estate, you’ll find her expertise allows
her to provide the appropriate information needed for buyers to make
wise decisions and that wise investment/purchase. In 2005, she received
the prestigious CRS Designation, recognized nationwide as the top
producers, the most professional Realtors. She is currently working on
her CRB and should add this to her list of accomplishments in the near
future.On a personal note, Andrea enjoys “shopping” and walking, but most of all the joy of living in her new Ashe County dream home with her two children, Courtlyn-19 and Cagney- 13. Both children are very active in school, and Andrea finds great pleasure in sharing activities with them. Courtlyn is a sophomore at Wake Forest University, a private institution located in Winston-Salem, NC where he is pursuing a rigorous academic path which will likely lead to numerous degrees. Cagney is in the 8th grade at Ashe County Middle School. She is involved in several activities at her school and also enjoys involvement in the Church youth group, voice lessons, reading, cheerleading, and dancing. The entire family enjoys spending time with "the other half"--two Bichon Frise puppies named Buffett and Malibu. Andrea’s knowledge of the area and her expertise has certainly helped her become one of Ashe County’s most successful and respected Brokers.
